A classically Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, balanced, crisp and lively. Distinct and punchy with layered aromas of guava, gooseberry and citrus peel, underpinned with delicate floral and herbaceous notes. A concentrated palate of tropical fruits and minerality with an elegant and energetic finish.

PINOT GRIS
A lush and aromatic Pinot Gris. On the nose, nashi pear and white blossom greet you with supporting notes of citrus and candied ginger. A concentrated and poised palate with bright flavours of pear and lychee and a juicy acidity gives the wine great drinkability and pairing with a variety of spicier dishes.
DASHWOOD CHARDONNAY
Classic Chardonnay aromatics mingle in the glass with a touch of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit and toasty oak. The palate is rich and creamy with grilled peaches, lemons and brioche, and balanced acidity leads to a long and satisfying finish. Enjoy alongside creamy cheeses, BBQ chicken or a porcini risotto.

Blush pink with aromas of strawberry, melon and hibiscus florals through to a moreish palate of berry and grapefruit with an inviting creamy fullness. A refreshing, elegant acidity gives the wine a long, mineral finish. Best paired with dishes such as fresh seafood, lamb, goats' cheese and creamy desserts.

PINOT NOIR
A dark ruby red colour with inviting aromas of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Red fruits carry to the generous and juicy palate with hints of spice and smooth elegant tannins giving the wine length and poise. Paired perfectly with fresh pasta or smokey BBQ dishes.
